Booth dimensions (options 3, 2 and 1)

Width (subject to selected option) 2, 3 or 4 meters.

Depth 2 meters.

Height 2.5 meters.

Each exhibitor option includes:

  • Unlimited guest invitations to the Trade Show.
  • Admission passes to the Forum, Master-Classes and Gala Dinner.
  • Company profile in the catalogue.
  • Option to present at a MineTech competition 50% discount for purchasing additional Forum passes.
Booth booking terms (options 3, 2 and 1) 

Exhibition booth hire starts from 7 am on 11 October and ends at 6 pm on 12 October 2017.

The exhibition booth hire includes monochrome company name print in English on the front panel, hire of 0.7 m table, 2 chairs, 2 spotlights & access 220 V electricity  point.

Additional equipment and furniture could be hired at extra cost (please enquire). 

All exhibitors (excluding poster & banner presenters) are entitled to their profile listing on the Forum website and Catalogue.

All exhibitors (excluding poster & banner presenters) are entitled to one complimentary presentation at the Forum or MineTech challenge.

All exhibitors (excluding poster & banner presenters) are entitled to 50% discount for purchasing additional delegate tickets.


Exhibitor Option 1 includes hire of a booth (2 m length x 2 m depth x 2.5 m height) and 2 admission passes to the Forum and Gala Dinner.

Exhibitor Option 2 includes hire of a booth (3 m length x 2 m depth x 2.5 m height) and 3 admission passes to the Forum and Gala Dinner.

The Exhibitor Option 3 includes hire of a booth (4 m length x 2  m depth x 2.5 m height), complimentary advertising page in the Forum Catalogue and 4 admission passes to the Forum and Gala Dinner.

Tabletop booking terms

Tabletop exhibitor option includes hire of a table, chair and small area for a mobile exhibition stand (maximum width up to 1.3 m and height up to 2.5 m), one admission pass to the Forum and Gala Dinner.

Poster presenter options includes hire of one panel (1 m wide x 2 m high) from 7 am on 11 October and end at 6 pm on 12 October 2017.

The hire excludes admission to the Forum and poster production. Banner presenter option includes use of space for placing on 11 and 12 October a roll-up banner (no wider than 1.5 m) in the area connecting exhibition halls.

Booking and cancellation terms

PAYMENT
All fees can be paid by debit or credit card (via PayPal) or by Bank Transfer.

ADMISSION
The Forum organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to delegates or exhibitors who have failed to pay the full fee prior to the start of the Forum.

CANCELLATION
Cancellations submitted in writing to admin@minexforum.com before 1 October 2017 will be subject to 10% administration fee. No refunds will be made after 1 October 2017. At the discretion of the Forum organisers a credit note can be issued in case of cancellation received after 1 October 2017.
